1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, and expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. The specific delivery time depends on your local logistics and customs clearance efficiency.
2. Are the vases fragile during transportation?
We specially customize thick cartons and bubble wrap for all ceramic and glass vases to avoid breakage. If you receive a damaged vase, please contact us with photos within 48 hours for a full refund or free replacement.
3. Are the plant support stakes durable for outdoor use?
Our plant stakes are made of high-quality anti-rust and weather-resistant materials, which are sturdy, not easy to bend, and suitable for long-term outdoor courtyard and garden use, and can effectively support growing flowers, vegetables and fruit trees.
4. Can I return the gardening tools if I don’t like them?
Yes. Unused, unopened fruit pickers, watering cans and plant supports can be returned within 30 days. You only need to bear the return shipping fee for personal preference returns.
