1. Available Payment Methods

2. Payment Confirmation

After the payment is successful, the order status will be updated, and we will start processing your garden supplies order immediately. If the payment is deducted but the order is not updated successfully, please contact our customer service in time for manual verification and processing.

3. Currency & Pricing

All product prices on the website are displayed in the default settlement currency, and all prices include product fees (excluding shipping fees and tariffs). The final payment amount is subject to the checkout page settlement amount.

4. Refund Payment Rules

All refunds will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment platform, generally 3–7 working days. We do not charge any additional handling fees for refunds.
